What you can do

Use InternalQ to ask questions in plain English and get answers from your company docs. You can do this in this app (Q&A page) or in Slack by @mentioning the bot. Only documents uploaded by your org are used. Admins manage documents and Slack connection; everyone in the org can ask questions and view documents.

How to get started

1) Sign in with Google using your work email (first user becomes admin). 2) Go to Integrations and connect your Slack workspace. 3) Go to Documents and upload PDFs or DOCX (handbooks, policies). 4) Use Q&A here or in Slack to ask questions.

Slack bot

You can talk to the InternalQ bot in two ways:

• Direct message – Open a DM with the InternalQ app and send a question as a normal message.
• Channels – In any channel, @mention the InternalQ bot in your message to ask a question.

The bot answers using your org’s uploaded documents and only reads messages sent directly to it or where it is mentioned.

If the bot doesn’t respond:

• Confirm Slack is connected under Integrations.
• Check that at least one document is uploaded and processed.
• In channels, make sure you mentioned the bot directly in the message.
